About This Project

Designed and implemented a PID-controlled self-balancing rail cart as a bonus challenge beyond the curriculum in Grade 12 Robotics. Programmed and tuned a PID controller to stabilize the cart, demonstrating understanding of control systems, sensor integration, and real-time feedback loops. This project required balancing mechanical design with precise control algorithms to achieve stable operation.
